Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175°C fan (190° conventional).
Step 2: Remove all packaging and place cookie dough balls 10cm apart on a baking tray.
Step 3: Place the baking tray on the middle-high shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Leave for 5 minutes to cool and firm up. We know it’s hard but please make the effort. ;)
No two ovens are the same and everyone has different tastes. To find your perfect bake, we recommend experimenting with your timings and temperatures. Luckily, that just means more cookies!
No. MIMO cookies use high-quality, heat-treated flour for maximum flavour and texture. Unfortunately, that flour contains gluten. We do offer wheat-free cookies but they’re not certified gluten-free and so may contain traces.
Yes! In fact, NO animals were harmed in the making of our cookies, they’re vegan. Yep, that’s right VEGAN, we’re used to that reaction.
Yes, our cookie dough is safe to eat raw but your home will smell much better if baked before eating.
Yes! Just separate the plastic blister from the cardboard box and throw them in their corresponding recycling bins. Your municipality will take it from there. ;)
Molasses is a thick, sweet syrup that comes from beet or cane sugar production. Molasses contains unextractable sugar, vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium. It also helps us create the perfect cookie colours, tastes and textures.
